I wanted to take a minute to let you know how great a job Clayton has done for me since taking over Lisa’s position while she’s out on maternity leave. He has been thorough, professional, patient with my many questions and gave me all-around great customer service. It’s rare you find someone so committed to doing their job well and I wanted to take this time to call attention to his efforts.

Last year while cruising through a carwash called Blue Dolphin, in Bradenton, FL, I happened to win one of the Bahama Cruises aboard your Celebration cruiseliner.
As a 10 yr anniversary gift, I phoned in multiple times to begin setting up arrangements for my son Greg and his gorgeous wife.
Today, I spoke with someone new – named Jason. And I want to tell you that his expertise in handling your customers, along with his charisma and ease in letting people ask questions, will keep you in business for awhile.
As a former Xerox Corporate Financial Analyst, I have booked reservations for large groups of Corporate individuals setting up arrangements for training purposes as well as traveling abroad and have only dealt with one other person in my life who had been as knowledgeable about their company and known their limits as to what can be offered as a discount to their clients while trying to upgrade their already existing itinerary.
If your company gives Dinner for Two awards or bonuses, I would be pushing one onto Jason for his services today, and just for his ease in communicating with your clients in general.
Offering upgrades over the phone, and making them seem so much nicer to an individual, to me, is not a ploy, but more of a means to improve the quality of the trip you are setting up for your clients – Jason apparently can do this blindfolded.
This will be my sons first cruise, and with their upcoming 10th anniversary in May, this couldn’t be a more perfect gift – well actually, I would have paid for a limo to the hotel also – but Jason couldn’t find a limo (kidding)
Thank you for the wonderful service, and an excellent means of forcing two people I love into not spending money on their first cruise – Jason was able to offer me something so unique in their hotel stay – I could not ask for more.

We just wanted to say thank you, we had a lot of fun on the cruise! Besides being sunburned haha, but if you see another one of those bahama cards filled out by me again its because we want to win again and go back. It’s required by the bahama people we met, they said “we are making you come back to see us”. So I said we will and I hope we win another one, we would definitely go again and do it all over!
Going to the Bahamas for our wedding couldn’t have been more memorable. I just want to thank Trip Vista for helping us get all the details taken care of and making this so convenient. As you could imagine, there is a lot to plan for a wedding, but having Trip Vista take care of the travel arrangements made this so much easier. I can’t thank you enough!!!
